Human Resources Manager 

Talent Acquisition
  • Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments.
  • Creating a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Taking charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing employer branding activities.

Talent Engagement & Management
  • Conducting policy awareness sessions, implementing employee engagement and communication initiatives
  • Responsible for completing KRA settings & annual PMS exercise as per schedule.
  • Conducting employee satisfaction survey & ensure annualized attrition control as per SLAs.

Talent Services
  • Implementing HR helpdesk and self-service modules.
  • Ensuring 100% Statutory Compliance from Labour Law perspective.
  • Facilitating HR process audit.
