- Performing analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments.
- Creating a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Taking charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing employer branding activities.
Talent Engagement & Management
- Conducting policy awareness sessions, implementing employee engagement and communication initiatives
- Responsible for completing KRA settings & annual PMS exercise as per schedule.
- Conducting employee satisfaction survey & ensure annualized attrition control as per SLAs.
Talent Services
- Implementing HR helpdesk and self-service modules.
- Ensuring 100% Statutory Compliance from Labour Law perspective.
- Facilitating HR process audit.
