- පාරිභෝගික සේවා සහ සම්බන්ධතා කළමනාකරණ භූමිකාව පිළිබඳ තහවුරු කල හැකි අත්දැකීම්.
- මූලික තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ දැනුම තිබිය යුතුය.
- ඉංග්‍රීසි භාෂාව කියවීමට සහ ලිවීමට ප්‍රවීණතාව.
- සුවිශේෂී අන්තර් පුද්ගල සහ සන්නිවේදන කුසලතා.
- විශිෂ්ට කාල කළමනාකරණය සහ සංවිධානාත්මක කුසලතා.

Skills and Experienced Required
- Successful completion of GCE A/L or equivalent education.
- Proven experience in a customer service and relationship management role.
- Should have basic IT knowledge.
- Proficient in reading and writing English language.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
