- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for production operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
- Prioritize and enforce a culture of safety within the production environment, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Person Profile:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field. Additional qualifications or certifications in production management are a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on chemical and polymer processes.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical and polymer science, coupled with a strong understanding of production processes in the paper manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
- A passion for staying at the forefront of advancements in chemical and polymer science, coupled with a commitment to driving innovation in production processes.
