  • As a Executive Production, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and adhering to sustainability standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Profile:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall production output, with a keen focus on chemical and polymer processes.
  • Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of paper production, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company specifications.
  • Lead and inspire a team of production professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical and polymer science, applying this knowledge to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive productivity and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for production operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
  • Prioritize and enforce a culture of safety within the production environment, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Person Profile:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field. Additional qualifications or certifications in production management are a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on chemical and polymer processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of chemical and polymer science, coupled with a strong understanding of production processes in the paper manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
  • A passion for staying at the forefront of advancements in chemical and polymer science, coupled with a commitment to driving innovation in production processes.
