JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the branch manager by overseeing the daily operation, including inventory management, stock movements and finance management
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Retain, train, and develop the branch team
- Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction
- Be in charge of the logistics and administrative arrangements in the branch
JOB SPECIFICATION
- 03 to 05 years of experience in a similar field
- Knowledge on architectural hardware and furniture fitting would be an added advantage
- Possess professional qualification in Sales & Marketing/inventory management or logistics may be preferred
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
