Job Profile
- Conduct outbound calls to customers who have recently ordered from Domino's Pizza.
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to gather feedback on their overall experience, including product quality, delivery time, customer service, and ambience.
- Use active listening skills to understand customers' feedback and concerns accurately.
- Record feedback and data accurately in the designated system or database.
- Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when handling customer information and feedback.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and feedback collection.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
