Job Responsibilities
- Work towards meeting the Delivery and Pick up Promise set out by the organization and ensure all agreed processes are followed with continuous improvement.
- Achieve the sales targets set out for the assigned branches.
- Ensure Office / Fleet and Brand management always.
- Control over costs and ensure proper checking of all branches related expenses.
- Monitor collection of cash sales and cash on delivery proceeds.
- Ensure real time updates are provided by the package delivery officers (PDOs). Managing customer service level.
- Providing information for management decision making.
Candidate Profile
- Any related Degree or professional qualification.
- A minimum of 02 years of experience.
- Experience in a courier company or last mile delivery will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Residing in Southern region would be an added advantage
