Job Role
We are looking for young dynamic individuals to work as Retail Sales Executive (BIA), to work at Bandaranayake International Airport with Sri Lanka's leading mobile company serving customers and engaging in demonstrating latest technologies and use of them in real time scenarios.
Educational Qualifications
- Aged between 18 and 30
- Completed Advance level in Mathematics/Technology, Science stream or equivalent.
- Certification in Electronics, Telecommunication, IT, Networking, Computer Science, or any related professional qualification in the technical background from a recognized university or an Institute will be an advantage.
- Experience with relational databases and emerging technologies (such as 5G, IoT, AI/ML) is an advantage.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English, fluency in Tamil is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical staff and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn a broad array of networking and systems hardware and software.
