Manager - Beverage
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Beverage to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
As the Manager, Beverage, you will report to the General Manager, Specialty Restaurants and oversee the daily operations of the Main Pool Bar nestled within the luxurious Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort where the art of mixology meets the allure of ambience. Your role extends beyond crafting cocktails; it's about orchestrating an iconic experience where innovation and indulgence converge to redefine the boundaries of beverage excellence. Leveraging your passion and expertise, your contribution will be instrumental in establishing the Main Pool Bar as the benchmark for opulent experiences within the realm of luxury hospitality.
In this integral role, you will assume responsibility for the daily operations of the Main Pool Bar, where you will lead a dedicated team of bartenders. Your duties will involve crafting an alluring beverage menu, encompassing cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options, all while upholding the highest standards in beverage preparation and service. Effective staff management, encompassing recruitment and training, is pivotal to ensuring a culture of excellence in customer service. You will also play a crucial role in inventory management, implementing proactive cost-control measures, and introducing strategic initiatives to optimize profitability and revenue generation. Additionally, your active engagement with our esteemed guests, including VIP patrons, will be a focal point, aimed at enhancing their experience and fostering positive relationships.
