HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE (TALENT ACQUISITION)
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Executive (Talent Acquisition) to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much-anticipated project valued at 1 billion USD, opening in mid- 2022. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Assistant Human Resource Manager, the Human Resource Executive (Talent Acquisition) will be responsible for executing the end-to-end employee TA process for all new recruits. You will be responsible to assist the Assistant Human Resource Manager to source candidates, conduct interviews as per the pre-opening plan.
Further, you will also be responsible for executing the Cinnamon Life Onboarding Experience for all new colleagues.
