Business Development Manager (Veterinary Care)
Job Description
- The chosen candidate will spearhead the introduction and establishment of the company product range in the industrial veterinary care market.
- He/She will be directly reporting to the CEO
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate target markets and establish a strong presence for the company products.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers to drive adoption of the products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and maximize market impact.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing inquiries, conducting product demonstrations and delivering training sessions as needed.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science, animal Science, Agriculture or related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, marketing or business development roles within the veterinary care industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial veterinary care products and practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics and develop effective business strategies.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
