Intern - Sales and Marketing

We are now seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Assistant Interns, focusing on our two exclusive brands, BE DESI & BE DAPPER - Showroom Sales and Protecto, Giggles, MD.

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to help them find the perfect products.
  • Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Contribute to showroom organization and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a positive and professional showroom atmosphere. 

Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute fashion-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Craft compelling content for our social media platforms, websites, and email marketing.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to improve marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, industry news, and competitor activities.
  • Help organize and participate in fashion events, photo shoots, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong passion for fashion and a deep interest in the fashion e-commerce and retail sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in various social media platforms and basic knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Creative flair with great attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a collaborative team player.
