Retail Sales Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide assistance to customers
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients
- Possess in-depth product knowledge in Electronic modules, equipment's, tools etc.
- Interact with customer in an expert, professional manner
- Perform all administrative functions of the sale process
- Coordinate with other sales representatives
- Making decisions independently in assisting customers to resolve issues
- Ensure products are always available at the store for customers
- Provide assistance to managers Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals
REQUIREMENT
- Possess a deep and demostratable skillset and knowledge of electronic products
- Ability to operate flexible work hours when required
- Strong ability to work with little or no supervision and independently
- Possess a certificate/diploma or a similar qualification in the field of Electronics
- Proficiency in Google Apps (Google Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office Packages is a must
- Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal forms
- Ability to maintain a poised, composed, and professional attitude Detail oriented individual with strong drive to achieve work success
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar setup is advantageous
