You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization by attracting, developing, and retaining talent at the Manufacturing & Warehouse Operation. Further, will lead strategic initiatives to ensure the alignment of our workforce with the company's goals and values, driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource Management
- Holder of a Degree and/or professional qualification in HR / Management
- Solution & Analytical Minded and a Super Executer
- Skilled in working with diverse Stakeholders, a Collaborator and a Team Worker
- Exposure to two or more of these functions will be an advantage i.e Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
