The Job
- Optimize the plant availability
- Ensure hands on approach in diagnosing/ troubleshooting and implement long term solutions
- Trouble shooting on process machinery /Food processing machines and utility machines
- Ensure execution of effective PMS to improve plant availability in order to achieve stringent production targets
- Management of spare part for the process machines (specially electrical)
- Plan, develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Make sure all utility equipment are running with its optimum level
- Exposure to equipment upgrading and commissioning
Qualification
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical & Mechatronics field with having 3 years' experience in food processing Factories
- NDT/NDES/HNDE with having minimum 08 years' hands on work Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in food processing Factories allied Industries
- Previous experience on machine installations & commissioning will be added advantage
- Hand on experience in Power Electrical systems and industrial control components
- Should have knowledge on in PLC, VFD, PID controls Process instruments, Pneumatic controllers, Auto CAD
