Service Coordinator | Colombo
Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of two years' of customer care experience in a reputed home appliances service division.
- Should have the knowledge about technical service operation including technician allocations, spare parts management etc.
- Good command in English & Sinhala. Tamil language proficiency is an added qualification.
- Able to use MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Willing to work extra hours & weekends if required.
- Ability to work under pressure and drive the team towards success.
- All applicants should be around Colombo city limits.
