POST OF PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE (Female Only) | Boralesgamuwa
We
are in affordable luxury unisex international salon chain with eight
Salons in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a Purchasing Executive. Right
candidate will get an attractive package if she is satisfied following
requirement.
- Weekly Coordinate with individual outlets and to receive purchase orders.
- Liaise with designated suppliers and procure and deliver to the outlets.
- Monitor the head office and outlets inventory levels to provide an uninterrupted service to the clients.
- Continuously look for new products and suppliers to upgrade the Salon Services
- Weekly & Monthly stock count and to prepare inventory reports to the Management.
- Update price tag, Coordinate with suppliers & store stocks in shelves.
- Coordinate with other departments and ensure smooth operation and information to the management.
- Handling Procurement related administration work.
- Perform other Job related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Passed GCE A/L
- Diploma or Certificate Level in Procurement Management.
- Computer Literacy.
- Age below 35 years.
- Experience in a Similar Capacity would be an added advantage.
