SHOWROOM MANAGERS
New Branch Locations - Havelock City (Colombo 06) | Isipathana Mawatha (Colombo 05) | Maharagama | Katubedda.
Job Responsibilities
- Organize all showroom operations and allocate responsibilities to the staff
- Manage and guide staff towards maximum performance in order to achieve monthly sales targets
- Assigning KPIs for staff and staff profiling
- Prepare and control the showroom's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Monitor stock levels and purchases
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the showroom's reputation and maintain good customer service
- Inspect the areas in the showroom and resolve any issues that might arise
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
- Keep well informed of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the showroom.
- Provide training to showroom staff in order to build team succession
- Ensure that the showroom fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines
- Manage Inventory and stock clearance
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of managerial experience in Retail
- Knowledge and experience in retail/ sales/ store management best practices in the fashion industry
- Speaking ability in Sinhala and English languages. Speaking in Tamil would be an added advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing, leadership, and presentation skills
- Customer management skills
