- GCE A/L
- Minimum 05 years of management experience
- Preference in book trade is an advantage
- Age 30 - 45
- Fluency in communication in English & Sinhala
- Pleasing personality and ability to interact with diverse customers and own staff
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Computer proficiency - Basic computer literacy in MS Office package, Quick learning skills of internal software, database and other tools
- Ability to work independently, time management, perform under pressure & contribute to a team effort desire and commitment to meet the deadline must be able to work long and extended hours
