Production Assistant
We are a local startup business in operation for almost 2 years and are currently in the phase of ramping up our operations. Currently on the lookout for dedicated and aspiring individuals to join the team in preparing peanuts for packaging and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Peanut Skin Removal: Work diligently to remove peanut skins from raw peanuts, ensuring the highest quality product.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to ensure that only premium peanuts are used in production.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of raw materials, report shortages, and assist in maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Adherence to Procedures: Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain product consistency.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals and ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- GCE O/L qualified or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food production or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mechanical skills for operating machinery.
- Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
- Commitment to safety and hygiene standards.
Working Conditions:
