Job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent at Celeste Daily, you'll be an integral part of our customer-focused team, ensuring a top-notch experience for users of our online supermarket platform. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, you'll play a vital role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on our product offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Professionally and promptly respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Utilize your experience in the online supermarket/retail industry to provide in-depth knowledge about our product catalog, promotions, and delivery services.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, and product-related issues.
  • Order Tracking:
    • Assist customers in tracking their orders, and providing real-time updates on delivery status.
  • Feedback Collection:
    • Collect valuable feedback from customers to enhance our services and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 
    • Minimum 2 years experience in a call center would be an added advantage
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
  • Customer-Centric Approach:
    • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Computer Literacy:
    • Proficient in using customer service software and office applications.
