Cook (Commis i)
- Practical Cookery Certificate from a Recognized Hotel School
- A minimum of four years of experience working in a reputable Chinese kitchen or hotel kitchen is required
- Aged between 25 and 35
Cook (Commis ii)
- Practical Cookery Certificate from a Recognized Hotel School
- A minimum of two years of experience working in a reputable Chinese kitchen or hotel kitchen is required
- Aged between 25 and 35
Cook (Commi iii)
- Certificate in Practical Cookery
- A year of experience working in a recognized Chinese kitchen or hotel kitchen is required
- Aged between 22 and 30
