Job Profile
  • Lead the negotiation and acquisition process for potential new locations, liaising with landlords and real estate agents to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Conduct thorough Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for potential new locations, assessing financial feasibility and profitability to ensure strategic decision-making in expansion efforts.
  • Possess a strong legal background to navigate legal complexities in lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to property acquisition and corporate affairs. Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth negotiations and foster positive partnerships.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and demographic shifts to identify opportunities for expansion and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Liaise with government authorities and other private institutions on business related matters.

Candidate profile 
  • Degree in Business Administration, Law or related field
  • Proven experience in business development and or corporate affairs, preferably within the retail or food industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial analysis and ROI evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Sound understanding of legal principles and regulations related to property and corporate governance.
