යුතුකම් හා වගකීම්:
- කොක්ටේල්, මොක්ටේල්, බියර්, වයින් සහ ස්ප්‍රීතු ඇතුළු බීම වර්ග පිළියෙළ කිරීම සහ පිරිනැමීම.
- අපගේ පාරිභෝගිකයින් විශ්මයට පත් කරන සහ තවත් බොහෝ දේ සඳහා ඔවුන් නැවත පැමිණීමට බීම සාදන්න
- සෑම අමුත්තෙකුටම අමතක නොවන අත්දැකීමක් සහතික කිරීම සඳහා විශිෂ්ට පාරිභෝගික සේවාවක් ලබා දෙන්න
- තොග ගබඩා කිරීම, ඉන්වෙන්ටරි නැවත ගබඩා කිරීම සහ අවශ්‍ය අමුද්‍රව්‍ය සහ සැරසිලි ලබා ගැනීම සහතික කිරීම ඇතුළුව පිරිසිදු හා සංවිධානාත්මක බාර් ප්‍රදේශයක් පවත්වාගෙන යාම.
- මුදල් හැසිරවීම, POS මෙහෙයුම් සහ බීම සහ ආරක්ෂණ රෙගුලාසි වලට අනුකූල වීම සඳහා ස්ථාපිත ක්‍රියා පටිපාටි අනුගමනය කරන්න.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Show off your mixology skills by preparing and serving a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
- Create signature drinks that wow our customers and keep them coming back for more
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure every guest has a memorable experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, restocking inventory, and ensuring the availability of necessary ingredients and garnishes.
- Follow established procedures for cash handling, POS operations, and compliance with beverage and safety regulations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Previous experience as a bartender or barman is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of mixology, drink preparation techniques, and a strong understanding of different types of alcohol and beverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
