Role Description - This position is fully responsible for managing the daily operations at the Central Bakery in an effective and efficient manner. He/ She further holds responsibilities of adhering to the defined compliance framework in a consistent manner.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing daily bakery operations in a smooth manner.
- Adhering to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
- Presenting the profit & loss account and other financial reports.
- Designing and developing new products through R&D with the assistance of Head Chef.
- Overall aspects related to staff development, motivation, retention.
- Acting as the administrative point of contact between the internal/external clients/ stakeholders.
- Establishing and consolidating on basic hygiene & food standards which needs to be practiced within the Central Bakery.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Food & Beverage or Business Management from a recognized university or professional institute.
- Minimum 04 years of work experience in Manager Capacity. (Bakery industry is preferred)
- Should be a strong and Influential personality with excellent operational judgment.
- Should be a Dynamic and committed individual.
- Proficient in MS Office packages & communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Age should be below 45 years.
