Junior Business Development Executives
The successful candidate is required to secure new business & cross-silo opportunities that are aligned with the organization's preferred client profile and to achieve all revenue targets as outlined in the Sales Contracts whilst building a sustainable Sales pipeline.
Minimum Requirement
- Minimum of 1 year experience in personal selling.
- Up-to-date knowledge/experience of air or sea freight & international logistics would be advantageous
- Age below 25 years old
- Command of the English language orally and in writing
- Be proactive, creative, commercial, decisive, and result-oriented
Job Role
- Actively approach potential accounts in the Market
- Actively provide tailored solutions to new accounts based on account plans in collaboration with Product/Operational Managers
- Offer and follow-up offers to potential customers
- Build and maintain a network (internal and external)
- Ensure adequate management information about the market (position) in order to be able to assess the account plan
