Junior Business Development Executives

The successful candidate is required to secure new business & cross-silo opportunities that are aligned with the organization's preferred client profile and to achieve all revenue targets as outlined in the Sales Contracts whilst building a sustainable Sales pipeline.

Minimum Requirement 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in personal selling.
  • Up-to-date knowledge/experience of air or sea freight & international logistics would be advantageous
  • Age below 25 years old
  • Command of the English language orally and in writing
  • Be proactive, creative, commercial, decisive, and result-oriented

Job Role 
  • Actively approach potential accounts in the Market 
  • Actively provide tailored solutions to new accounts based on account plans in collaboration with Product/Operational Managers
  • Offer and follow-up offers to potential customers
  • Build and maintain a network (internal and external)
  • Ensure adequate management information about the market (position) in order to be able to assess the account plan

  • Result oriented and places great emphasis on customer focus
  • Influencing skills 
  • Ability to organize including prioritizing and planning
  • Strong financial and business awareness
