HR Manager - Call Center Operation | Maradana

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies tailored to the needs of our call center environment.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure adherence to compensation policies.
  • Drive initiatives to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement within the call center.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in HR roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Age between 35-45 years.
