- විදුලි/ප්ලනළ/වායුසමීකරන/යාන්ත්‍රික අංශයන් හි ප්‍රමානවත් දැනුමක් තිබීම.
- මේසන්/පින්තාරු/වෙල්ඩින් සහ අනෙකුත් බාහිර අංශයන් හි හැකියාවන් විශේෂ සුදුසුකම් ලෙස සැලකේ.
- නඩත්තු කාර්මික අංශයේ පරිනත පුද්ගලයකු වීම විශේෂ සුදුසුකම් ලෙස සැලකේ.
අමතර සුදුසුකම්:
- කොළඹ අවට පදිංචිය.
- ඉංග්‍රීසි දැනුම.
- වයස අවුරුදු 50ට අඩුවීම.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Passed GCE O/L
- Possession of a qualification from a recognized vocational or technical training institution.
- Having a good knowledge in Electrical/Plumbing/Air-Conditioning/Mechanical Sectors.
- Knowledge in Masonry/Painting/Welding and other external disciplines are considered special qualifications.
- Being a proficient person in maintenance technician sector is considered as special qualification.
Additional Qualifications:
- Residing in or around Colombo.
- Good English Knowledge
- Age below 50 years
