ROLE SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform detailed valuations for a range of properties.
- Foster and maintain client relationships for ongoing business opportunities.
- Maintain adherence to professional valuation standards and ethical practices.
- Manage your schedule to ensure timely completion of assignments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A valid, active license for property valuation in Sri Lanka.
- Experience in property valuation with a record of successful practice.
- Sharp analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and professional presence.
- A disciplined approach to self-managed work.
FOR COLOMBO-BASED VALUERS:
- Transportation is provided from our corporate office in Colombo to and from property locations, including areas within and surrounding Colombo District.
- Access to our corporate office and its facilities for conducting business operations.
- Support from an assistant valuer for property assessments within Colombo.
