Production Executive - Male | Ja - Ela
We are Ideal Industries Lanka (Pvt) Ltd (IIL) is a joint venture company of Ideal Motors which is a well-known automotive conglomerate in Sri lanka engaged in vehicle assembly, after market services, vehicle selling and providing genuine spare parts.
Ideal Industries Lanka manufacture and assemble auto mobile seats & accessories for locally assembled vehicles & motor bikes. Our factories are located at Ja-Ela, Kotugoda and head office at union place Colombo -02
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and conduct regular maintenance of the plant equipment.
- Plan, organize section raw material requirement, man power requirement.
- Working as a team member to complete production output according to the requirement of the IIL seat assembly plant.
- Knowledge of Lean management & adhere to lean culture.
- Submit reports/ tracking on progress of daily production to the assistant general manager and operation manager.
- Identify issues and suggest improvements to reduce rejections/waste/reworks at the IIL foaming plant.
Job Requirements
- BSc/ NDT in polymer Science / Material Science.
- Knowledge of Quality Management system.
- Knowledge of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics and having valid driving license is an added advantage.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as production / quality executive in manufacturing environment.
- Age below 35 yrs.
- Preference will be given to applicants in close proximity to Ja-Ela
- Should possess a Valid driving/riding license will be an added advantage
