Executive - Talent Management
We want you to,
- Assist the Manager - Talent Management in developing and executing effective strategies for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent within the financial services sector.
- Be responsible in obtaining the details of replacements, conducting interviews and providing necessary feedback to Heads of the Departments.
- Maintain clear records of talent acquisition numbers and statistics to be used in MIS reports.
- Provide logistical support in representing the company in career fairs and job fairs in educational and other institutions.
- Maintain a fruitful relationship with schools, educational institutions and other potential sources of candidates to attract top talent.
- Be responsible for employee lifecycle activities in the given regions - maintaining employee personal files with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist the Manager - Talent Management in learning and development activities of the company, as and when required.
- Provide innovation and process excellence in the Talent Management pillar to enhance effectiveness.
We expect you to,
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of previous working experience in a similar working environment with recruitment and HR operations exposure.
- Possess a degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or Marketing.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be ready to travel around the country as and when required.
- Be an inspirational team player with good command and administrative skills.
