are seeking an outstanding and dynamic person with great leadership
skills and a high level of commitment, along with the following
requirements and qualifications, to join as the Chief Executive Officer
(CEO).
You will directly report to the Board of Directors.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategizing, planning, and implementing programmes for the growth and expansion of ANC
- Overall management of all functional and operational areas.
- Monitoring the effectiveness and timely delivery of all programmes.
- Visiting our partners and stakeholders locally to secure new educational programmes/opportunities.
- Visiting our partner universities in UK, USA and in other countries as and when necessary.
- Maintaining and enhancing the quality of all areas of the organisation.
Job Requirements
- Below 45 years of age.
- A proven track record in a similar position, preferably leading an organization from the front.
- Previous experience in education or a service-related institution is a definite advantage.
- Should possess sound educational qualifications the job demands with over 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Should have excellent communication and administrative skills.
The
successful candidate will be provided with an attractive remuneration
package including a minimum salary of Rs. 750,000 and other related
perks that are above industry standards.
