SERVICE MANAGER HOME APPLIANCES & CONSUMER ELECTRONICS
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service team, including technicians and customer support staff & external service franchisee network.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor service metrics and KPIs to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Supplier communication, defect ratio analysis, warranty claiming & managing spare part requirement.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure continuous training and skill development for service technicians.
- Implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and reduce service turnaround times.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for timely repairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / NDT / HND qualified in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years Proven experience in service management within the consumer electronics, home appliances industry.
- Exposure & experience working with ERP team & service-related system integrations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
