- සමාන ධාරිතාවයකින් යුත් ක්ෂණික ආහාර අවන්හල්වල / පිළිගත් හෝටල්වල (F&B) අවම වශයෙන් වසර 3 ක පළපුරුද්ද,
- ආහාර සනීපාරක්ෂාව සහ ආරක්ෂාව, සම්මත මෙහෙයුම් ක්‍රියා පටිපාටි, මාරු කළමණාකරණ මෙවලම් පිළිබඳ දැනුමක් තිබිය යුතුය
- භාෂා 2 කතා කිරීමට හා ලිවීමට හැකි වීම (ඉංග්‍රීසි සහ සිංහල / දෙමළ)
- කළමනාකරණ සහ නායකත්ව කුසලතා ඇති විශ්වාසවන්ත පුද්ගලයෙකු විය යුතුය
