General Manager - Restaurant Steakhouse
We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager, Restaurant Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
As the General Manager, Restaurant Steakhouse, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our luxurious steakhouse, where every sizzle, sear, and savoury bite narrates a story of culinary craftsmanship. Your responsibilities go beyond managing daily operations; they encompass shaping the overall success of our culinary venture while delivering luxurious services that surpass international standards. You will blend creativity with precision to orchestrate a symphony of flavours and ambience that captivates discerning palates. From curating an indulgent menu to crafting unforgettable guest experiences, you will be the driving force behind our restaurant's success.
You will oversee all facets of operations, from front-of-house service to back-of-house kitchen management. Your responsibilities will include hiring, training, and managing a team of dedicated professionals to deliver unparalleled guest experiences. You will curate an exceptional menu featuring premium cuts of meat and exquisite side dishes, ensuring each dish meets our exacting standards of quality and presentation. Financial acumen is key as you manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability while upholding our commitment to luxury and excellence.
