MANAGER HOUSEKEEPING
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Housekeeping to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
As the Manager, Housekeeping, you will report to the Director, Housekeeping and you will be the orchestrator of an impeccable guest experience. Your role is multifaceted, encompassing leadership, meticulous planning, and unwavering dedication to cleanliness and comfort. You will lead a team of talented housekeeping professionals, instilling in them the same commitment to excellence that defines Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort.
With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure that every guestroom, public space and heart of the house areas exudes the highest standard of hygiene, setting the stage for a truly unforgettable stay. You will proactively oversee inventory, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments to guarantee seamless daily operations, whilst complying with the Hotel's SOPs and health and safety standards. You will inspire and motivate your team to provide exceptional guest service ensuring that their requests and concerns are promptly addressed, making certain that each guest has an experience filled with luxury and sophistication.
