ASSISTANT MANAGER, RESTAURANT - INDIAN
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Restaurant Indian to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the General Manager, Restaurant Indian, you will help oversee culinary operations in our upscale Indian Restaurant. With your keen eye for detail, dynamic approach, and blend of creativity and professionalism, you will warmly welcome guests and ensure an exceptional dining experience that embodies the luxury and rich flavours of Indian cuisine.
Your role includes overseeing daily operations, leading and inspiring a dedicated team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your cultural sensitivity creates an authentic atmosphere that Honours Indian culinary traditions. You will work closely with chefs on menu development and updates, emphasizing seasonal ingredients and customer preferences while upholding high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. Your financial skills will support managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and implementing strategies to improve profitability. You will promptly address guest inquiries to guarantee a positive and memorable dining experience. By collaborating with the hotel's marketing team, you will develop promotional strategies and execute events to attract and retain our esteemed patrons.
