Business Lead - International Business (Manager / Senior Manager)

The position holder will report to Head of Sales & Business Development and will play a pivotal role in driving the company's global growth and success by developing and executing effective international business strategies, managing international operations, and fostering relationships with international stakeholders.
Further the role entails.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Responsible to manage end to end business of selected International Markets / Regions accountable for marketwise P&L
- Responsible for P & L and control to ensure growth with no negative contribution to achievement company targets.
- Identify and recommend new business opportunities/acquisitions for Hemas Consumer products in designated new and in existing markets.
Who We Want
- Holder of a Degree in International Business or related fields with an MBA from a recognized Institute.
- 5 years' experience in export operation with 3 years in International Business.
