HR Business Partner - Operations (Senior Executive)

Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification 
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in the retail or food industry. 
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Job Profile
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Act as a strategic partner in workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
  • Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning to identify key contributors and potential leaders. 
  • Partner with operations teams to address employee relations issues and implement resolutions.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback. 
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify training needs and facilitate skill development. 
  • Implement and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment and HR programs. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR processes. 
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication channels.
